I'm really happy to be able to write a review for Tim, as it has really been our blessing to have him manage our various property related matters.
Few years back he first helped us successfully purchase a gem of our new home. Tim was extremely attentive to our preferences and needs, and gave us valuable advice on the timing we should target to purchase the property by based on his in-depth insights on the market. He did extensive research and came up with a concise and very relevant list... of properties for viewing. A few hours of viewing on a single day later, we were able to find our dream home. With Tim's frank and honest advice, we were able to secure it at around $200k off the market valuation at that point in time. Tim's patient and reassuring attitude really made the experience extremely pleasant!
Fast forward a few months later, we were surprisingly dealt with a nightmarish tenant (for our rental property) who was constantly late on payments, hot-headed and gave us probably 101 unreasonable requests over the 2 year lease period. While other agents may have thrown in the towel, Tim's patience, strong negotiation skills and diligence allowed me to have peace of mind. Each month, Tim diligently chased up on the tenant for payment and cooly managed the tenants crazy requests. He was not afraid to be firm to the tenant (when required), in order to protect my interests as well. Eventually, he enabled me to collect the full rental due and even the late payment interest. I really can't imagine getting through that without Tim's help.
